    🛒 Do you sell toys online?

    Yes! You can shop both in-store and online. Online orders can be shipped or picked up in-store.

    🚗 Do you sell ride-on toys?


    Yes! We carry a wide selection of:

    Electric ride-on cars

    Motorbikes

    ATVs

    Push & pedal ride-ons

    🔄 What is your return policy?

    Regular toys: 15 days return (must be unopened & unused)

    Ride-on toys: 30 days return (must be unused & unassembled)

    Exchanges: Within 30 days

    Receipt is required for all returns

    📦 Can I return an online order by mail?

    Yes. Online orders can be mailed back, but:

    Customers must contact us first

    Customers pay the return shipping fee

    Items must meet all return conditions

    💳 How long does a refund take?

    Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

    🔧 Do your products come with a warranty?

    Regular toys: No warranty

    Ride-on toys: 30-day limited warranty (covers manufacturer electrical defects only)

    ⚠️ What if my item arrives damaged?

    If your item arrives damaged:

    Contact us within 48 hours

    🧾 Do I need a receipt for returns or exchanges?

    Yes. A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. No exceptions.
