Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

15-Day Return – Regular ToysAll regular toys may be returned within 15 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. A valid receipt is required.

30-Day Return – Ride-On ToysRide-on toys may be returned within 30 days only if they are completely unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and with a valid receipt.

30-Day Exchange: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Exchange is subject to availability. Online Order Returns: Customers must email Twinkle Town before shipping any return. Customers are responsible for all return courier fees. Return Address: 613 Upper James St, Hamilton, ON L9C 2Y9 Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Damaged on Arrival: Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos and order number sent to contact@twinkletown.com for verification.

Warranty Policy

No Warranty on Regular Toys: All regular toys and accessories are sold as-is without any warranty. 30-Day Limited Warranty on Ride-On Toys: Ride-on toys include a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer electrical defects only. This warranty does not cover batteries, misuse, water damage, improper charging, overloading, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Terms & Conditions

All purchases are subject to Twinkle Town policies. Adult supervision is required for children using any toys. Twinkle Town reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Full payment is required before shipping or pickup. All services operate under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Ride-On Safety Disclaimer

Adult supervision is mandatory. Helmets and protective gear are strongly recommended. All age limits and weight limits must be followed. Ride-on toys must never be used on public roads or wet surfaces. Twinkle Town is not responsible for injury or damage due to misuse.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders can be picked up in-store or shipped via courier. Delivery timelines depend on product availability and courier service. Twinkle Town is not responsible for courier delays or weather disruptions. Warranty shipping is covered only for approved manufacturer defects.

Store Liability Waiver

Customers fully assume all risks associated with the use of products purchased from Twinkle Town. Twinkle Town is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by product use or misuse.
